Well done to other athletes Carolina Ascui (TAS), Health Mollineaux (TAS) and Joseph Reynolds (TAS) – the competition was tight.

Manager of Physical Disability Sport and Education Programs, John Hayes, who presented athletes with their medals, said the State Titles were an opportunity to see some of the best boccia players in action.

“The athletes’ finely tuned skills were appreciated by everyone watching, and many people commented on the event’s great spirit.

“We see some athletes playing at a social level, while others are taking a pathway to more serious competition.”

This event couldn’t happen without ramp assistants, referees, volunteer time keepers and scorers and supporters. ParaQuad Tasmania thanks everyone involved.
